We want to provide you with the beautiful opportunity to connect directly with our community, share your offerings, enhance your visibility, and potentially earn enough to cover the cost of your ticket and more.

 Our Earth Medicine Day Retreat is happening on
Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 10am to 5pm in Aldergrove, BC.

What's included:

 

  • Event Visibility

    • You’ll have the opportunity to share your offerings throughout the day—woven gently into the flow of our gathering.
      There will be dedicated moments to open your space and connect: before we begin, during lunch, and again after the closing circle from 4–5pm.

    • Your vendor information will be featured on our event details page, accessible on our online community platform, and social media pages.

    • The earlier you book, the more exposure and visibility you will gain!

    • Inclusion in at least one email to our entire subscriber list for additional exposure.

       

  • Social Media Promotion:

    • A dedicated Instagram and Facebook post that includes information about your participation in the marketplace.

    • Multiple shares in our Instagram and Facebook stories leading up to and during the event.

     

  • Connection & Monetization Opportunity:

    • You have the opportunity for the community to meet the heart and soul behind your business.

    • Direct interaction with like-hearted sisters, allowing you to deepen your connection within the community and foster beautiful relationships and potential collaborations while also sharing about and selling your products or services.

    • Potential to recoup your vendor fee and even cover the cost of your event ticket through sales.

  • Only attendees of Earth Medicine Day Retreat will be considered for the Blanket Market (July 26, 2025). Please make sure to purchase a ticket to attend the event.

  • Limited Space: We only have reserved 5 spaces at the event specifically for our marketplace vendors.
