Together we will enter the seat of presence - the place within us where our truest essence lives. In this shared and connective space, we will gently explore what support truly feels like in the body… the kind of support that can hold it all.
With your full permission, you will be invited into a guided somatic exploration to notice how support shows up within you - through thoughts, body sensations, images, memories, perceptions, movement, and impulses.
Through this practice, we may begin to deepen our understanding of the messages our bodies hold, including any barriers or resistances that can arise when asking for or receiving support.
Together in circle, we will also explore what allows us to take up space more fully in the world and in our lives - to feel supported not only by those around us, but from within.
This gathering is an invitation to soften into your inner world, while being held in the presence and upholding of sisterhood.
During this Full Moon Circle, you can expect:
- A grounding arrival and opening of the circle and anchor into the evening’s intentions
• A guided somatic exploration of support in the body
• Gentle space for reflection and sharing
• A space to integrate the season of personal expansion
• Connection within a supportive circle of women

Our Guest Collaborator:
Roja works as a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor and Facilitator in English, French and Farsi/Urdu speaking communities. She is trained in Existential Psychoanalysis, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Trauma Informed Clinical Therapy and Supervision, Sexual Health Education, Applied Dreamwork and Reiki. Roja collaborates with numerous non-profit settlement organizations and other community services where she works with clients with refugee experience and newcomers. She also provides Clinical Supervision to Clinical Counsellors and Master’s students throughout various academic institutions. Roja’s people are from Iran, specifically the Bakhtiari region, where lies her nomadic indigenous lineage, on both her ‘Maman’ and ‘Baba’s’ side.

The Sacred Uprising is a women’s collective rooted in sovereignty, sacredness, and sisterhood. Christina + Heather are co-founders and visionaries of this movement and steward this community with deep devotion. We gather women who value bodily autonomy, personal freedom, and living in alignment with their inner truth, even within broken systems.
We welcome women of all spiritual paths rooted in love and light, including earth-honoring traditions, traditional religions, and those who walk somewhere in between.
Our community is grounded in four core pillars: Sovereignty, Sacredness, Soul-Led Wealth, and Personal Expansion, all held within the safety of sisterhood.
We believe deeply in health sovereignty and informed choice- for ourselves and for our children. Each person is the ultimate authority over their own body and health decisions.
