About The Sacred Uprising

We help freedom-hearted women who have woken up to the broken systems of our world and cannot unsee them, but feel unsure how to move forward without falling into fear or isolation. The Sacred Uprising offers a place to belong and a path toward living sovereign, sacred, thriving lives anchored in community.

 Founded by Heather Woodruff and Christina Zvicer, The Sacred Uprising is a women’s collective rooted in sovereignty, sacredness, and sisterhood. We gather women who value bodily autonomy, personal freedom, and living in alignment with their inner truth, even within broken systems.
We welcome women of all spiritual paths rooted in love and light, including earth-honoring traditions, traditional religions, and those who walk somewhere in between.
Our community is grounded in four core pillars: Sovereignty, Sacredness, Soul-Led Wealth, and Personal Expansion, all held within the safety of sisterhood.
We believe deeply in health sovereignty, informed choice, and bodily autonomy, and we do not support health mandates. This space is for women who trust their inner knowing and honor their right to choose for themselves and their families.

I am…the mother of two magnificent boys, the wife of an incredible educator, the daughter of an artist and the sister to many inspiring humans.
I am…a registered holistic nutritionist, yogi, reiki lover, community builder and forever a student of holistic wellness, healing modalities, natural medicine, sovereign living, conscious parenting, personal growth, spirituality…
I am...a gemini, visionary, priestess archetype, nurturer, connector, manifesting generator, lover, free spirit and someone that doesn't buy into the construct of time but try my best to play along as often as I can.
I am...someone who loves love, community, circle, connection, magic, sacredness, joy and conversations (where I'll often go on tangents and mostly come full circle).

3 years ago I was a digestive health nutritionist, a mama who said she would never homeschool and someone who still thought Justin Trudeau was a good guy.
Now... I am still a nutritionist (healing one bloated belly at a time) with a strong focus towards ancestral eating and the sacredness of food and the ritual around it. And because seven of my planets are in Taurus (wholly earth!) you can often find me talking to my garden, frolicking in the forest or puttering in my blessed kitchen.
I exist in this world alongside my brilliant husband and dragon obsessed daughter. And yes, I am indeed a homeschooling mom now and can't imagine ever going back.Â
